Welcome, friends.
Today’s practice is a creative shoulder-mobility flow centered around Gomukhasana arms and Eagle arms. We’ll explore gentle transitions, breath-led movement, and fluid shapes that open the shoulders, upper back, and side body.
We begin seated (Hero’s Pose or cross-legged), ground through breath, and move through waves of cow/cat, modified side planks, threaded needles, lunges, standing shapes, and mobility drills. Expect a blend of strength, stretch, and mindful presence as we weave shoulder mobility into the full body.
Grab a block, meet yourself where you are, and let your breath guide you back home.
