After a long journey, we finally arrive in Barcelona – a city that even under cloudy skies manages to enchant from the very first moments.
Our walk begins near some of Antoni Gaudí’s most iconic works, where fairy-tale architecture blends seamlessly with the city’s everyday rhythm.
Step by step, we explore an elegant street full of luxury shops – Prada, Versace, Chanel, and many other brands shine with displays resembling small works of art. This is a place where the world of fashion meets Catalan charm, and every step reveals a new, inspiring view.
Although the sun didn’t break through the clouds that day, the streets are alive – the air is filled with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and sweet churros, and the people we pass by – tourists and locals alike – add a unique character to the place.
We really wanted to visit the interior of a Gaudí building, but unfortunately, there were no tickets left and the queue was huge.
This is just the beginning of our Barcelona adventure, but we already feel the city has something magical.
