What is a UPS Large Package Surcharge?
For domestic shipments, UPS applies a large package surcharge when:
-The length (longest side) + girth [(2 × width) + (2 × height)] exceeds 130 to 165 inches, or
-The package length alone is between 96 and 108 inches.

What is the Cost?
-Large packages are subject to a minimum billable weight of 90 pounds.
-If the large package surcharge applies, an additional handling charge will not be assessed.
