食材：
Ingredients
萝卜
Turnip
羊肉
Lamb
生姜
Ginger
蒜头
Garlic

制作方法：
1.萝卜去皮切块
Peel the turnip and cut into slices
2.生姜蒜切片
Cut ginger and garlics into slices
3. 清水洗干净羊肉
Wash lamb meat with water
4. 羊肉倒入开水中烫过捞起
Submerge lamb meat in boiled water and scoop up
5. 5碗水煮沸，倒入全部食材
Pour five bowls of water into a pot, add all the ingredients after water boils
6. 明火煲煮开，文火炖两小时
Cook on high flame until water boils, then switch to low flame, simmer for two hours
7. 少许食盐调味即可
Add a little salt
