St. Augustine Night of Lights Weekend Guide! | Restaurants, Beaches, State Parks, & Family Fun!

The Night of the Lights is one of the premier Christmas light displays in the nation, spreading millions of lights across the city’s historic Old Town. We ventured to St. Augustine for a long-weekend to experience the Christmas celebration, some outstanding local restaurants, and an underrated state park that is absolutely worth the visit. We will show you a nearly 100 year old ice factory that has been restored into one of the top restaurants and bars in the state—fittingly called the Ice Plant. We will share two of our favorite spots for food, views, and milkshakes in Old Town—O.C. White’s and Cousteau’s Waffle & Milkshake Bar. We’ve got must-have local donuts right by the beach at Island Donuts. And last we will take you to the Washington Oaks Gardens State Park for an incredibly relaxing stroll.
