This is the audio recording of an ambient/glitch/idm liveset I performed in Tampere, Finland in November 2021. All the sounds are coming from the Elektron Machinedrum running the awesome, unofficial X.05 firmware. Everything you hear is synthesized on GND machines (saw, sine and noise). The main outs of the Machinedrum were running through an Elektron Analog Heat using the Saturation circuit and into Logi. No post-processing beyond that.
The liveset is the culmination of a 7-month long journey which started after the release of the unofficial X.04 firmware. I ended up recording a whole album's worth (and then some) of Machinedrum GND jams and I compiled them on an album called "in the gnd scheme of things", which you can download (for free) here: https://hemmelig-fin.bandcamp.com/alb...
