Sin Manga is a geek and otaku event in the north of France.

We can see July as Queen Elsa of Arendelle and Faustine as Princess Anna, acting like in the short movie "Frozen Fever".
As there was many youg girls at Sin Manga, the 2 cosplayers were ok to come a second time at the end of the cosplay show to act on classic Frozen songs, that's what you can see on the second part of this video ;)
