Gerstner USA Tool Chest Tour

While on a recent trip to Ohio and browsing a couple antique malls, I came across this beautiful Gerstner & Sons Model 062 tool chest with matching riser. Some remnants from the previous owner and machinist, Mr. Robert Gillespie was still in this tool box including a few tools and charts. He took very good care is this tool chest and I just had to have it. This will now be my machinist toolbox for the new shop and I plan to keep all of Mr. Gillespie's tools in there to preserve the history of his career. I do plan to later purchase a matching roller chest from Gerstner to make a matching 3 piece set. In this video we explore what all is left in this chest and talk briefly on the Gerstner line of tool chests.
