Mario and Luigi lack in beef, so they visit the Challenge Node. There they find Cholestoroad, and kick a shell enough to get the Challenge Medal. AKA Hard Mode.
Afterward, the Mario Bros help Bowser digest a ludicrously big Giga-carrot. While Bowser succeeds, the Wiggler is still very angry.
Bowser's B Neutral may not be a Paunch, but if it was.... oh my.
