Hardware upgrade kit install for GEN II and Gen I RAC Links.
The RAC Link Hardware Upgrade Kit replaces the old screw and post base system found in both Gen 1 and Gen 2 RAC Links. This upgrade kit eliminates the need for Loctite and now allows the ear-cup to freely rotate with out worry of the screw post backing out.
This kit is for those who have already purchased the previous screw and post base RAC Link system and want to upgrade. All Future RAC Link orders will ship with the new set up.
Included:
x2 T10 Torx Screws
x2 Flat Washers
x2 Binding Posts (Posts are made with the same material as the RAC Link Body)
This kit does not include springs
Tools Needed:
Phillips Head Screwdriver
T10 Torx Bit Screwdriver
Flathead Screwdriver or small pry bar
