To remove such pay anomaly, provisions for stepping up have been given. In today's video, we will try to understand that under which circumstances, due to pay anomaly, the senior employee can be given stepping up equal to the pay of the junior employee and under what circumstances this type of situation will not be considered as pay anomaly and senior employee cannot claim stepping up.
