21. Narrowboat Convoy: Pop-Up Markets, TV Crews & Rufus Gets Pampered!

We’re Andy, Cari, and Rufus the dog — thanks so much for joining us on our journey on the UK canals! We can hardly believe it, but it's officially been one year since we became proud narrowboat owners — and what an incredible adventure it's been so far.

In today’s episode, we’re cruising the canals in convoy with our good friend Connor from Narrowboat Ardea. You might remember last time he treated us to a delicious roast chicken dinner aboard his narrowboat — this time, we’re heading together towards Atherstone Locks, where Connor is being filmed for a canal-based TV series!

Along the way, canal life throws a few brilliant surprises at us: we bump into the Curry Cruiser, meet the talented folks from Winty Crafts, and somehow end up in an impromptu canal traders’ pop-up market — right there on the towpath!
