How to Swim Freestyle: How to Correct a Bent Wrist

Wondering how to swim a faster freestyle stroke? In this video we address the third most common problem swimmers encounter with the freestyle stroke, also known as the front crawl stroke. Correct your front crawl with proper swimming technique, doing so will make you faster and more efficient at freestyle swimming. After we explain the problem of swimming with a bent wrist we'll show you how to correct it using a swimming drill!
