A lot of people, myself included, are afraid to make this adjustment. But with the right tools I found it to be very easy. The TPS tool from TPSTool.com made it very easy.
Make sure you write down your initial setting that came from the factory in case you have to revert back to it for some reason.
My KTM 350, like many, was flaming out a lot. This TPS adjustment reduced my flame out by 60%. I set my TPS to .6400
