What a powerful swim today! The waves were rolling and unpredictable, but the wild beauty of this stretch made every minute worth it. We covered 2miles along the Costa Vicentina coast, one of the most rugged and unspoiled parts of the Algarve.
The cliffs here seem to tumble straight into the sea, with hidden coves and dramatic rock formations all around.
Salema greeted us with golden sands and a peaceful fishing village vibe a perfect reward after an exhilarating, wave-filled swim.
