1. Potol / Parwal - 8 medium
2. Green Chilli - 4
3. Garlic Cloves - 9 /10
4. Mustard Oil - 2 tbsp
5. Black Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
6. Dried Red Chili - 1
7. Salt to taste
8. Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
9. Sugar - 1 tsp
Preparation Time : 10 min
Cooking Time : 12 min
