None of my packaging has ever stated ultramarines, they could be many reasons for that, which I can only speculate. If that is a concern of yours, I can tell you they are approved in Europe, & the EU (European Union) standards are much more strict than the US FDA. They are approved for use in all cosmetics, including lips. Same goes for ferric ferrocyanide. Feel free to look it up yourself. Ultramarines (CI 77007) — Shade ranges from bright blue to violet, pink and green. Ultramarines may be safely used for coloring cosmetics and personal care products, including products intended for use in the area of the eye, when they conform to FDA specifications. Ultramarines are not allowed to be used in lipstick in the USA. In Europe approved for use in all cosmetics without restriction.
