Welcome to 60-minute Total Body Functional Workout! This all-standing, no-repeat, full-body session is designed to challenge and strengthen every muscle group. With the use of dumbbells and a 45/15 timer for each section, get ready for an intense and effective workout.
Equipment Needed: Dumbbells 5KG/10LB, Exercise Mat
In this video, I have divided the workout into six sections, each targeting a specific muscle group. From upper body to lower body, core to cardio, we've got you covered! The 45-second work intervals will push you to your limits, while the 15-second rest periods allow just enough time to catch your breath before conquering the next challenge.
