It’s rare. It’s quirky. And somehow, this one has survived the scrapyard apocalypse.
There are only two of this spec left in the UK, which makes you wonder — was it limited edition... or just not good enough to keep around?
Today we give it a proper once-over: the design, the build quality (or lack of it), the history, and of course — the classic MG feature where the roof does what it wants, when it wants.
Built by the same factory workers who probably fitted engines hungover on a Tuesday morning, this car is both a slice of British history and a full-on Brummie fever dream.
