Come along for the ride as I go on my first chase of mainline steam. The weekend of September 26-28 was the first of 5 that the N&W J611 operated the Shenandoah Valley Limited out of Goshen, VA.
I began my chase with the second run on Friday, and ended with the Sunday morning run. Taking the time to ride Saturday afternoon. The weather made for some fun for me, and the train crew.
