We celebrated Leah's birthday at Trouvaille Eco-Villa in Lopinot Trinidad this year. We had an awesome time at the villa playing pool, swimming in the rivers and pool, and cooking up some delicious foods. On the menu were curry chicken, bhaigan choka, curry goat, and sada roti on the first night. We then indulged in one of Leah's favorite dishes, curry fish and provision for lunch the next day followed by macaroni pie, potatoe salad, baked beans, pepper shrimp and bbq pork ribs, chicken, lamb and fish for dinner. We also checked out the Lopinot historical area.
