So you've stripped out your cylinder head spark plug hole. This video I show you how Sav-A-Thread saved this engine from expensive machinist repairs. This video shows me doing the repair on a small forklift. I have done this exact same repair on several calls that have experienced the exact same, stripped cylinder head thread, problem. While doing a tune up, one of the spark plugs began to bind up in the hole while removing. Once the plug was removed it was obvious how damaged the threading were. It's not the end of the world and wanted to share a way you can easily fix this without major follow up repairs.
As a bonus I did not remove the cylinder head in order to install the Sav-A-Thread. I've been doing these for years and like this product. Follow me along to see how it is done in real time and minimal edits so you can save your cylinder head threads too!
