This isn’t new, but it’s being talked about like it is - and worst of all ethical professionalism is being villainized by many. So let’s talk about what quiet quitting is, the misconceptions around it, and how to do it the right way - WITHOUT your boss even noticing.

PS: I have lots of opinions in this video. Quiet quitting is a personal decision, and I'm not saying you should or shouldn't. I'm here for the boundaries and identity beyond work though!
