Halo infinite matchmaking is STILL broken (platinum)

I really have to start making youtube videos again : )

(in order to fix the problem i'm about to describe, people almost always talk about creating a new smurf account if your account is old which does actually work)
When I used to play a LOT, I was diamond IV and used to have a few bros i'd play with. occasionally when we'd be on a winning streak, I'd go derank a bit in public games and goof off so that we wouldn't be set back by being matched against hackers or SUPER sweats back to back beyond our skill level. My friends didn't believe in doing this though but it's always fun and refreshing goofing off : )

But the problem with ranking now is that 343 has CLAIMED that they have fixed this or changed this and now it is SUPPOSED to entirely be based on your CSR. I literally just played a legendary firefight king of the hill game right before this and got a demon medal for just destroying covenant LOL and suddenly i'm playing against gold players who probably did the same team... while my team is just probably such low MMR and don't know what's going on that the HIDDEN MMR WHICH STILL EXISTS APPARENTLY thinks is fair...

It felt like... my team was the gold team (from their performance) and their team was the platinum team
