On Sunday 13th April 2025, the Southern Downs Steam Railway continued the final leg of the journey from Warwick to the historic Toowoomba Railway station.
Upon arrival in Toowoomba, the passengers were transferred by coach to Brisbane for a cruise to Sydney where their tour concluded.
BB18 ¼ 1037 returned to Drayton with its water wagon after turning on the angle, while DH45 returned the empty train back to Warwick.
