This is from Mario Lanza's legendary 28th August 1947 Hollywood Bowl Concert at which Ida Koverman from MGM first heard him sing. The rest is history.
Newly restored in Digital Stereo, however, this has been a difficult restoration but is presented here in the best possible sound quality.
