In this episode I head back home for a couple days to spend some time with my Dad and Louis. We head out #fishing in the mussel farms where we catch some good #snapper around the barge. We have a fillet session and #cook up some of the big snapper wings over the fire as the sun goes down. I've never had Snapper wings as good as that night. They were un believable!
I hope you guys enjoy this one because it was awesome making it.
