Ingredients you will need:
450g Self Raising Flour
100g Butter
50g Caster Sugar
2 Tsp Baking Powder
2 Eggs ( + 1 beaten egg to glaze)
Milk (around 100 - 150ml)
Whipped Cream and Jam to fill
