Get the best tips here on how to restore your game progress on Google Play for the Dynamons World game using the google save.

Online save progress can be found in the setting screen of the game. It uses your google play account.
The game only saves on this condition:
When the DynaDex is increased with 1 more.
Defeating a new boss in the last available world.
Defeating a captain in captain battle
It starts with saving after world 1 is completed and you defeat the first boss in world 2.
Wifi needs to be enabled while playing.

Important note:
The save file does not work when you are in World 1. (The save file will remain empty, until you defeat the boss in world 2)
How to restore your online save:
When you install the game on the same / new device, use the same Google Play Games account. The game will automatically restore your progress when the game starts.

Can I play the game on 2 devices at the same time on the same google account?
It's not meant for this use. The 2 different devices won't sync the progress with each other. Choose 1 device to continue to play on.

Additional info:
The google save file will only start saving from version 1.6.91.
It can't restore progress from version 1.6.89 and lower.
It will save your current progress where you are in version 1.6.91 in the google save file.
So no progress is lost. The restore can only work if you have ever played on version 1.6.91 or a higher version number.

Most common problems why google save was not working:
User played with wifi off. Please put wifi on while playing the game.
User has multiple google accounts on his device (he could be sharing a device with multiple people) and the other account got signed in.
Double check in the setting screen from the game if you are signed in on the correct account. If you are not signed in, please still sign in at the settings screen.
Please don't play the game on 2 different devices at the same time with same google account. That will cause problems. Sorry we don't support cross play where you can play on 2 devices at the same time. Each game will only work on 1 google account.

The google save only works if a player is signed in while playing the game with his google account.
Use only 1 google account. The most of the problems with the google save are all caused because users have multiple google accounts on 1 device. Please keep only 1 account signed in.

How to restore progress?
The game only restore progress when a clean install is done (that means the game is not on the device and the game is installed from the google play store with zero progress) and the user is signed in already with the account he played on before.

Now with example:
Let's say you played on google account [email protected]
Then first double check the user is signed in on the google play store with [email protected]
Now install the game from the google play store.
Again: please note the user is already signed in on that google account, before he installs the game.
On boot up from the game, the game will detect [email protected] and it will ask the player if he wants to continue the game with the account.

If your game progress was not restored, then is because you are not signed in under the correct google play account in this app first. Make sure you are signed in under the account in which you played the Dynamons game.
