As part of the Sustainable Enterprise Webinar Series, this webinar will provide key insights to large companies and listed SMEs, on how to carry out a double materiality assessment.
Double materiality assessments are required as the basis for sustainability disclosures under the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). Companies in scope of CSRD (Large and listed SMEs on a phased basis) must report on how their company’s activities affect or depend on people and planet, and on the financial risks and opportunities of sustainability issues to their company. This is known as a double materiality assessment. Reporting will cover both the company’s operations and value chain.
The double materiality assessment lays the foundation for developing the company’s sustainability strategy and is an opportunity to help your company become more sustainable, innovative and profitable.
