SHEET FORMING LINES | RF SERIES
Automatic profiling lines. VLB develops, manufactures, installs and provides technical assistance to sheet metal forming lines. VLB sheet metal forming machines incorporate dozens of years of experience in the manufacture of these types of equipment.

All automatic sheet metal processing lines are specifically developed to meet the needs of our customers. In terms of geometry, precision and stability of the profiled product; but also respond to the productivity and automation needs that the customer needs.

UNROLLER
It all starts with a sheet metal reel, the VLB range of unwinders ranges from simple and lightweight to the most robust (20 tonnes) and automatic ones on the market, with variable speed, laser monitoring sensors and a powerful integrated reel loading and unloading system.

PUNCHING STATION
Depending on the needs, they can be integrated systems, independent systems such as mechanical or hydraulic presses. But always, with servo-controlled feeding and touchscreen programming, for high precision and speed. The tools can be single or multiple, with independent pneumatic actuation and CNC programming.

FORMING STATIONS
Depending on the application and versatility desired by the customer, the profiling lines can incorporate different systems such as quick change of cassettes, adjustable tools to produce profiles with different dimensions, multiple tools to produce different profiles on the same equipment, double profiling machines with shared motorization, etc. .

COMMAND
The VLB automatic sheet metal forming lines have all of their components integrated and controlled by a powerful and intuitive CNC controller.
That guarantees the articulation between all the processes, from the sheet metal coil to the automatic unloading table.

JOINING MACHINE
For companies with a high work rate, the plate splicing system allows automatic welding of the ends of the plate (end of coil starting a new one), saving a lot of time when changing coils and substantially reducing material waste.

SHEET VERTICAL STORAGE SYSTEM
The vertical sheet metal storage system is used when it is impossible to create a pit, contributing to the line's uninterrupted operation.

CUTTING AND UNLOADING PROFILES
Cutting can be performed by a stationary station, which cuts while it is stationary, or by a high-speed, servo-controlled flying cutting station. This system allows the production of profiles without stops, in these cases our automatic unloading system must be used. You can make straight cuts without waste or angled cuts.

The unloading systems are developed according to the customer's needs, with unloading on both sides, with a storage or palletizing table.
