In his autobiography "If You Would Have Told Me," John Stamos revealed a surprising fact about his romantic life. The actor admitted he was close to developing love feelings for his "Full House" co-star Lori Loughlin. Meeting Rebecca Romijn in 1994, however, altered the trajectory of his romantic life and forced him to make a life-altering choice.
The friendship between Stamos and Loughlin was defined by Stamos as "the sort of true friendship that is supposed to be the foundation of a great, lasting relationship." They shared a deep connection that may develop into passion. Since they spent so much time together on the set of "Full House," their on-screen chemistry naturally carried over into their personal lives.
Stamos, Loughlin, and Romijn were all pals until they all went to the afterparty for the Victoria's Secret fashion show together. The actor was torn between pursuing a romance with Loughlin and starting a new chapter in his life with Romijn.

While divorcing Romijn, Stamos referred to her openly as "the devil." During that difficult time, he admitted hating her and thinking his life was over. It was said that the divorce was "shattering" and "humiliating," and that its consequences lasted for a long time. Stamos ultimately started to examine the possibility that he shared blame with his wife for their marital problems.
Stamos has put the past behind him and started a new chapter with his wife, Caitlin McHugh. In 2016, the couple's relationship was officially acknowledged, and the two went on to have a brief but passionate affair. Two months after they made the happy announcement of their expecting parenthood, in December 2017, they got engaged. Billy was born in April of 2018, and the pair tied the knot in February.
Lori Loughlin, meantime, is marking 25 years of marriage to Mossimo Giannulli. Their 2007 wedding was a defining occasion in the lives of Rebecca Romijn and Jerry O'Connell.
