Headlines include IPS1350s with joystick control, a quoted 32 knot top speed and an easy 23 knot cruise, plus an integrated solar array supporting the hybrid system. This is the promise of the Seadeck range coming to fruition.

On deck, the upgraded platform works as steps, quayside access, and tender lift with a 600kg capacity. There’s a compact toy garage for a PWC or Seabob, a deep, drained wet locker, and a surprise twin grill barbecue right at the water.

The cockpit keeps seating central with a folding table, sliding bimini and glass balustrade over a broad sunpad, flanked by port and starboard balconies. A pop-out wing station reveals a third joystick for close-quarters work.

The flybridge favours comfort with inviting lounge seating, a stowable bimini and a hidden fridge; the aft section is reserved for solar panels. Upper helm ergonomics are spot on with throttles and joystick to hand, and a Seakeeper for stability at anchor.

Inside, the saloon opens wide with near flush thresholds, glassware storage, and a ceiling-mounted TV opposite a sociable sofa and expanding dining table. A second side door brings natural airflow and easy movement.

The galley is set forward opposite the lower helm, with a pocket door for crew privacy, an induction hob with extraction, oven and a domestic-size fridge freezer plus a window for venting.

The lower helm features large MFDs, real switches and twin adjustable seats with electric footrests. Azimut’s hybrid setup adds electric-only running up to 11 knots and long hotel mode operation without the generator, supported by the rooftop solar.

Below, the Seadeck 7 moves to a four-cabin layout. The forward VIP angles the berth to open floor space and views to the hull windows, with its own private bathroom and proper shower. To port, the day head connects to a second double to form its en suite; to starboard, there’s an over-under bunk cabin sized for kids or occasional adults, with a laundry station in the lobby. Amidships, the owner’s cabin spans the beam with thoughtful detailing, from metal-backed door pulls and large bedside trays to a full-height, illuminated wardrobe concealed behind fabric panels.

This yacht suits owners who want a 70ft flybridge yacht with genuine family sleeping capacity, easy IPS handling and quieter slow-speed cruising thanks to the hybrid system.
