Do you ever want to make a decadent dessert just for one? Well, this is it…If you love a fudgy brownie. It is so good, and it is fast and easy to make. You might need to come back and make it often.
Oh, and I’ll give a shout out to my daughter who helped my dog make an appearance in the middle of the video! 😜

Here’s the brownie recipe:
Keto Protein Mug Brownie
1/3 c Cottage Cheese
1 egg
3 T unsweetened cocoa powder
3 T sweetener of choice
1 t vanilla (optional)
1T Lily’s chips (optional)
Pour all ingredients in blender, except chips, and blend until smooth. Pour into greased ramekin or mug. Cook on high for 1 1/2-2 minutes until desired texture. Cool to desired level. Enjoy!
