Cobra Kai Season 3 took us back to the roots of Karate in Okinawa, where Daniel learned the secret techniques of Miyagi-do. These techniques are called pressure points (or kyusho) in the show, but anyone with legitimate martial arts experience will know they're ACTUALLY doing something else, something much more effective. Today, we go over what the Miyagi-Do secret technique really is, and how we can use it in our training.
