Bangkok Vlog | BTS Ride, EmQuartier, Longchamp Pop-Up & Stranger Things Event

We packed so much into this day — from shopping and pop-ups to riding the BTS and exploring the city.

We started the morning with a healthy breakfast to stay energized, with fruits, vegetables, salads, soup, and congee, which became my favorite breakfast during this trip.

To avoid Bangkok’s extreme traffic, we used the BTS Skytrain, the fastest and most convenient way to get around the city. We headed to EmQuartier (pronounced Em-kwar-tee-ay) and Emporium, part of Bangkok’s EM District, known for its modern design, open walkways, and mix of luxury and lifestyle brands. We explored the malls, stopped by Sephora, browsed perfume stores, and picked up a fresh orange juice while walking around.

Next, we visited MCM, a brand we’ve always liked and shopped from in London. Before leaving, they surprised us with a holiday-themed Christmas treat, which we enjoyed while sitting on the bridge connecting EmQuartier and Emporium.

After that, we checked out the Longchamp pop-up, which was beautifully designed in green and featured new releases, updated designs, and a café serving Longchamp-themed desserts. Since I had already had dessert earlier, I skipped the café, but it was still fun to explore the space and see how the brand is evolving. They were kind enough to give me stickers, a notebook, and posters — such a nice touch.

Later in the day, we went to the Stranger Things pop-up event by Netflix around the Chinatown area. The event was free, extremely popular, and very crowded. We waited about two hours in line and managed to see a few installations like Byers’ house, Vecna’s lair, and parts of a mini Hawkins. Due to the heat and crowd, we didn’t stay long, but I still wanted to experience it since I’m a huge fan of the show.

This vlog captures a real, busy last day in Bangkok — shopping, pop-ups, crowds, and all.
