Shivering start, cuddly future: Morse Road miracle puppies warm hearts in foster care

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — Ten newborn puppies, known as the "Morse Road Miracle Pups," were rescued after being abandoned in a box on the side of Morse Road in 19-degree temperatures recently.

Thanks to the quick actions of a compassionate Good Samaritan and the dedicated team at the Franklin County Dog Shelter, the puppies are now safe, out of the cold, and have a fighting chance at life.

The puppies are thriving and almost ready to be adopted. Five of the puppies, and the shelter's Animal Care Manager Hannah Henschen, visited Good Day Columbus as part of Fur Baby Friday.
