This is a relatively little used, beautiful choral hymn by john Rutter .
This piece reflects a lot of the meaning of Caritas, as "charity".
In this piece Megan Ryan opens and closes as solo soprano.
The piece begins lightly, and builds gently and gradually to the final strong verse and climax..."the gift of Charity".
The recording was done by Stephen Hamill and accompaniment by Rachel Bingham.
This was performed as part of BBC Radio Ulster 'Sing Out' recording on May 27th 2015
