A lovely morning here in Noosa although the brisk north westerlies made it a tad sloppy and choppy on the bar and in the bay. BOM forecast is for north to north westerly winds 10 to 15 knots tending north to north easterly in the middle of the day then tending south east to south westerly in the evening. Winds reaching up to 20 knots inshore in the late afternoon. Seas: Around 1 metre. Swell: Easterly around 1 metre inshore, increasing to 1 to 1.5 metres offshore. Weather: Mostly sunny. The chance of a thunderstorm inshore in the afternoon and evening. Filmed between 6.20am and 7.00am which was a couple of hours before a 1.89m high tide.
