🏋️ 45 Min Glute Superset Strength Workout
💪🏼 My weights: 2 x 5kg (11lbs) | 2 x 8kg (17.5lbs) | 2 x 12.5kg (27.5lbs)
⏱️ Intervals: 8 supersets each repeated twice through - 40s on, 20s off (30s rest between unique supersets)
✅Warm Up & Cool Down included

SUPERSET 1
A - 2 pulse sumo
B - S2S side step squat
x2
SUPERSET 2
A - Wide RDL
B - Alt. reverse lunge
x2
SUPERSET 3
A - Crossover deadlift (L)
B - Crossover deadlift (R)
x2
SUPERSET 4
A - Alt. lateral lunges
B - 3 pulse lateral lunge (L/R)
x2
SUPERSET 5
A - Alt. curtsy lunges
B - Good mornings
x2
SUPERSET 6
A - Side lying leg raise (L)
B - Side lying leg raise (R)
x2
SUPERSET 7
A - Single glute bridge (L)
B - Single glute bridge (L)

SUPERSET 8
A - 1 ½ rep glute bridge
B - Bridge pulse & hold
