you really don't HAVE to hate yourself

Hey guys, I just wanted to make a video about self acceptance and not hating ourselves. There ARE ways that we can accept the place we are at and not NEED to change ourselves to the impossible and ever changing beauty standards that exist in today's world.

Its OKAY if you want to use ozempic, its also okay if you don't. Its OKAY if you want botox, but its also okay if you don't. THAT is acceptance. There ARE ways that we can accept exactly WHERE we are at and be ok with it.
I have seen SO many people (nearly everyone) losing SO MUCH WEIGHT lately (ozempic seems to be the culprit) and while I feel great if people are happy with their choices, there is nothing out there without side effects or consequences. The consequences of ozempic might just be weight loss or reversal of conditions, but it could also be gastric paresis, nausea, vomiting, thyroid cancer etc. And for what? Maybe because your doctor prescribed it for your health, or maybe the corner store sold it to you and you just wanted to lose weight. More or less? If we accept ourselves for who we ARE, we might make changes because we WANT to for our HEALTH and for BETTER REASONS. Or we might not.

You don't need botox
You don't need cosmetic surgery
you don't need ozempic
you don't need filler
if you WANT them.. thats fine. BUT just know that if you are doing it to fit the extremely horrific unrealistic beauty standards.. thats where I have beef.
We can accept ourselves for who we are EXACTLY right now.
