Lunch in Red Rock Canyon? Yes! Cottonwood Station is the Spot...

As much as we love the Las Vegas Strip and all the resorts over here at LVIO, sometimes we just have to go out to the desert to decompress! Join us on a hot Tuesday afternoon as we head west - well, only about 20 miles west - to Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. Out here we will reminisce about the fun to be had at Bonnie Springs Ranch (alas, no more)...tick off the endless recreation opportunities at the canyon...and enjoy the spectacular scenery. But first, we are going out to lunch!!

Cottonwood Station, in tiny but adorable Blue Diamond, Nevada, is the only place to get grub out here, but it is no ordinary menu...this place has some fabulous food, and amazing things come out of that miniature kitchen! And once we finish lunch, we will take a little tour of the town. Don't miss this fun off-the-beaten-path adventure.
