Scenic Rim to Tenterfield, relaxing Australian Rural Drive

Come along on a relaxing long drive from the picturesque Scenic Rim region in south eastern Queensland, Australia to the historic city of Tenterfield in New South Wales.

We'll start just outside the Scenic Rim town of Boonah and take Boonah Rathdowney Road through the small townships of Dugandan, Wallaces Creek, Coochin, Flagstone Creek, Maroon to Rathdowney.

Then follow Mount Lindesday Highway through Palen Creek to Mount Lindesay with its 1v175 metre (3,855 ft) peak and summit very prominent in the background.

After entering New South Wales, we'll take Summerland Way and then Mount Lindesday Road down to Woodenbong, before continuing through Koreelah, Legume, Liston, Amosfield, Wilsons Downfall, Boonoo Boonoo and then Tenterfield.

Along the way I've done by best to leave commentary that gives some information about the various sights and landmarks.
