Technical note: This is Zoom footage, it is not capturing what occurs in the chamber wholly. For example, parts of this meeting footage may miss audio that occurred in the chamber. Also note that Council met together after, for a matter that was not publicly disclosed and when I asked a Councillor, they told me they couldn't tell me what it was.

At the start of the meeting approximately three residents were in the chamber audience plus two municipal staff. At approximately 6:06PM, there were approximately four residents and two municipal staff in the chamber audience, which lowered to to one municipal staff after the Emergency Plan item was presented.
