Green Day - Whatsername (Dookie Version)

One of the last versions added to Box 1's list and honestly, its a good way to cap off the first half of the box. Proud of this one.

This idea came up when i was on TikTok and was looking at some videos with Whatsername in them. I was quite hit with how good Whatsername is and I remembered how much i love this song, so here we go. I made the drum track using an idea ‪@mushycelium‬ gave us, using the Christie Rd. Outtake for the drums, but mixed by ‪@st.jimmysstuff4165‬. I asked St. Jimmy's Stuff for the drums on his Christie Rd Dookie Remix and used those for this entire thing. It worked fairly well. After waiting an excruciating long time for ‪@JaydenBMixes‬ to finish bass (which sounds good), we got ‪@FatherofAllFan‬ to do his thing per usual and we got this. Really happy with how it came out besides a few timing mistakes and how the vocals sound in some places. And yes, this is similar too ‪@silktongs‬ Whatername (Kerplunk Version), but not exact. Similarities can be made. Fun Fact: The cover was planned to be used for a version in Box 2, but everyone liked it so much that it got used here
