Nokedli-Galuska is a special Hungarian pasta, goes well with the chicken paprikas and its a good side dish. Easy to make!
2 eggs
2-3 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1-4 cups water

You can make it with 1/2 milk 1/2 water, play you have the basics now.
