Jak děti učit používat mobil | Kateřina Lukavská | TEDxPragueED

Dostat první vlastní mobil představuje pro děti velký zlom. Máme pocit, že si s tím poradí, protože se do světa mobilů už narodily. Data a výzkumy ale ukazují, že používat mobil tak, aby to bylo zdravé, není snadné ani pro dospělé, ani pro děti. Mobil je pro nás důležitý prostředek a musíme se naučit, jak s ním zacházet, podobně jako se učíme řídit auto. Kateřina works at Charles University in Prague, where she studied psychology and special education. Her research concerns non-substance addictions, specifically gaming disorders, problematic and excessive use of mobile phones and social networks, and problematic use of pornography. In her research, she tries to discover what helps users to control their media and what makes it difficult to regulate. She would like to see people ruling social networks and technology and not the other way around. It seeks to acquire, apply and disseminate scientific knowledge that will help users use technology in a healthy and beneficial way.

He collaborates with world-leading experts, publishes in international journals, and participates in Czech and international professional conferences. He is currently leading a grant project focused on the excessive and problematic use of digital media in children. Through external cooperation with the organization People in Need (One World at Schools), she is involved in the education of teaching staff in this area. Together with colleagues from the Clinic of Addiction Medicine at the 1st Faculty of Medicine, they have created an online educational module TeP (Technology and Prevention) for school-based risk behavior prevention methodologists and educators. At the Faculty of Education, as part of the iKAPII project, they are educating Prague primary school staff on topics around cyberspace.
