This is a short clip from an Applied Shotokan seminar I taught July 27 2024. After teaching a tekki/naihanchi bunkai drill, we did some pressure testing. The uke mixed up their responses to a lower body attack. The tori had to either finish with a choke or elbows depending on the uke's posture. Thank you, Ashley for being my demo partner. I really put you on the spot!
