September is Suicide Awareness Month. As a person who has battled for over a decade with suicidal ideation, it is a topic I am pretty passionate about. And if there was just one message I could get across it would be this:

I promise you, the lows do not last forever; do not give up the possibility of a beautiful future to an impermanent moment.
