This loom knit sand stitch cowl is knit in the round on a 52 peg Martha Stewart loom. You can also use a smaller loom such as a 41 peg loom; it will be just be tighter. Pattern below has variations for both looms.
In this video, you'll learn the chain cast on, the two-row repeat of the sand stitch, and the stretchy bindoff.
